Electrical Design Engineer

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to devise cost-effective electrical solutions for cutting-edge automation systems.
Develop meticulous Electrical and Pneumatic Schematics, ensuring adherence to international standards for seamless, compliant designs.

Provide steadfast support to electrical teams throughout machine build, commissioning, and installation phases, facilitating a seamless transition from concept to reality.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Electrical Engineer role.
Bachelor's degree (L8) in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multifunctional project teams.
Proficient troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and rectify electrical malfunctions, ensuring system functionality.
Familiarity with EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in developing project timelines balancing budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
Previous involvement in the technical design and specification of automation equipment.

Technical Sales Engineer

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Concept machine design
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and targets.
Communicate effectively with customers to handle inquiries, process orders, provide product details, prepare agreements, and address complaints and suggestions promptly and professionally.
Prepare and process quotations and sales orders.

Service Engineer

Provide comprehensive service support to customers, including installation, repair, maintenance, testing, and buyoff, both on-site and remotely.

ROLE:
Mechanical Design Engineer

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Designing bespoke automation equipment for use within medical device sector
Working with our senior design team to bring innovative concepts to life through CAD modelling, prototyping and detailed specification for manufacture.
Use solidworks to develop complex multi-part CAD assemblies and output detailed specification drawings for our in-house tooling department.
Accompanying the senior team with client presentations, project reviews and helping to maintain our high standard of customer service.
Managing projects from initial concept, detailed design, assembly, testing, through to installing at the customer site.
Manage, plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget.
Ensure machines meet CE marking standards.
Ensure documentation/drawing standards for equipment meet requirements.
Procurement of material and components, ability to work closely and communicate clearly with suppliers.

ROLE:
Automation Controls Engineer

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Working with our controls team to design, develop and test PLC code in accordance with site coding standards.
Work closely with project team to fine tune PLC code during testing & development phase of projects.
Develop and test different aspect of automation systems including robotics, vision, PLC, HMI/SCADA, Motion Control etc.
Responsible for completing controls aspects of projects within the schedule and budget.
Assist in research and implementation of new control technologies.
Co-ordinate and manage controls elements of build and debug of equipment.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
